Odin Fortune Casino Privacy Policy
Responsibility for your information
Pirca Limitada controls the personal information we process for casino users. Our company is registered in Jaco, Costa Rica. Questions about the handling of your information can be directed to our data protection officer through [email protected].
Verification records
Account checks can require documents showing who you are, where you live and which payment methods belong to you. Depending on the circumstances, we may also need evidence of how you acquired your wealth or further information for verification.
| Check | Examples of evidence |
|---|---|
| Identity | A passport, national identity document or driving licence |
| Home address | A utility bill |
| Payment ownership | A bank statement |
| Origin of wealth | Payslips |
Provide complete and accurate details and tell us when they change. Breaching these duties, or reasonable grounds to believe information is false, incomplete or contrary to the applicable rules, may lead us to refuse registration, suspend access or close an account immediately without advance notice. Compensation is not payable for those actions in these circumstances.
Disclosure required for investigations
We may provide information to public authorities when the law requires it, including where a court or administrative authority needs it for an investigation into unlawful conduct.
Under data-sharing agreements, we may disclose information to sporting integrity organisations if we reasonably suspect a breach of rules or a threat to a sport or game's integrity.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it is processed. A legal obligation to retain records, or our legitimate interest in defending potential legal claims, can require storage to continue afterwards.
When the applicable retention period ends, we remove the information from our systems. You can contact support to ask how long a particular type of record must be kept.
Requests you can make
You can ask us to provide access to your information, explain its processing and supply a copy. You may also request corrections or deletion.
Where the law permits, you can object to processing or ask for it to be restricted. You may request transfer to another controller in a structured electronic format suitable for automated reading. You can also challenge a decision made entirely through automated processing, including profiling, when it affects you or has a significant impact.
If processing relies on your consent, you can revoke that permission in writing. Doing so does not change the lawful status of processing that took place before your request.
Policy changes
Revisions take effect when we publish them. We will inform users when a change is substantial. Personal information held within cookies is subject to the same privacy provisions.
